    1. Hi! It’s been quite a journey since having that test done! I do not currently follow every guideline the test showed. I am working with a different practitioner now, and my diet is mostly Paleo – no grains, no dairy, no sugar, very little legumes, lots of vegetables and high-quality proteins. This is the best I have felt in a very long time!
